1. When a male places his scrotum in a womens mouth (nuts) while shitting a log on her neck (chocolate bar) and jerking off on her forehead (caramel). All three are essential elements of creating the Snickers at Midnight.

2. A much needed sugar high for both energy and warmth when waking up freezing in the middle of the night; typically when winter camping.

Last weekend while camping with my girlfriend she woke up in the middle of the night and craved some chocolate. I gladly served her a Snickers at Midnight.
