Pooh sheisty is a person that is usually a gangster, he also has dark hair and has a crop top. This person will always make you feel as if he is you opp. Once he lays your eyes on you he will shoot you. Never underestimate a pooh sheisty. He has good rhythm in his bullet shots and will do anything for his boys. He will shoot an opportunity, slap an opp and even fuck an opp.

Combination of Shitty and Sense. In otherwords, bullshit. A clandestine manner of telling someone they are full of shit.

After smiling and noding at your superior's instructions for some time, this person finally comes to a conclusion. Instead of telling this person they are full of shit you say, with a straight face, "Yes sir, that makes perfect shense"

Someone who just told a very bad joke can be said to have a very good shense of humor.
