a term used in MMORPGs, specifically World of Warcraft. Used to describe an event that surpasses the usual "fail," such as accidentally falling off of a zeppelin tower and then missing your boat because of it. Usually occurs because of stupidity or novice.

Man, that noob tank got us all killed and then the group disbanded. This instance is such a nuckenfail.
