A verb signifying the combination of moaning and boasting, often employed by celebrities.

This morning, Lord Melbury moasted "Poor me, I have to attend a three hour awards ceremony to accept a lifetime achievement award!" Jim commented that all this moasting was beginning to get on his nerves.
