We were at the club the other night and my girlfriend could not find her ID. She held up the whole line while she was schukling for a nut.

Short for a boy

This phrase is used when a boy is not usually the height that society expects the male to be (Like 5"10 and up). But that are still slightly taller than the height of an average woman and the same height as women who are considered tall by women standards example height: 5"7 so this leaves them in between slightly taller than most women but shorter than most men.
