To melt somewhere innapropriate. Usually takes place in the sun, an oven, or a place with heat that will melt the substance involved, such as ice, frozen yoghurt, jello, chocolate, candy coatings eg M&Ms, Smarties.

Man.. I was eating chocolate out on the beach the other day, and it totally fleblanked all over me.
