A dirty drunk is a woman who hasn't showered in a few months for the pleasure of smelling her BO while drinking heavy liquor; especially when having sexual intercourse. Never deal with a dirty drunk, they are normally high priced sluts and have many STDs that you do not want to deal with in the future.
