Pittsburgh Picnic This is an outing or occasion that involves meeting on a beach under the moonlight with the sole intent of the man to receive oral sex and conversely the sole intent of the female to perform oral sex. The co-originators of the Pittsburgh Picnic are two Pittsburgh area natives.
