To remove a program from a computer, usually with the hopes that the computer will performs actions that it once did, or achieve past perceived performance.

Kid: Daddy, can we play Koo Koo Co Co Pops on your computer?
Dad: Um, since I installed Boring Work App on my computer your game doesn't work.
Kid: Can't you just outstall it?

Being in the state of "blah" for excess amount(s) of time. Confusion about where they are, what they are doing, and where the pot is. Odds are burn outs have the slighest idea that they are in fact, burn outs.

Man, I can't believe we told the pizza guy the wrong house to deliver it. Goddamit, we're burn outs.

Outside Reading

Reading done outside of school, usually by choice. After being mandatory in elementary school, pleasure reading was (therefore, perhaps?) regarded as uncool in middle school but trendy in high school.

Pleasure reading makes other people look like intellectuals, but doing my pleasure reading on some type of online dictionary did nothing for me.
