The act of passing wind that capitulates into a hot gaseous ball with subtlety to only seep from confinement as the restriction on containment (tight pants) eases.

It was an awkward moment when Jenny realized the creation of a Seeping Creeper would soon escape its confines to unwillingly gas her date.

I purposely went to the gas station in sweats and a tee, no makeup, hair a mess and still got a gas station creeper. Ugh... So annoying!!
