When you feel rundown, tired, ill or generally crap, the correct term to generalise all these is "I'm about dead"
Dale: I shouldnt of had the double cheese burger.
Jam: I should not of had 2, I'm about dead.
Dale: I can feel it sliding through my body.

Verb. To "jaff" or "jaff it about" would be to expose your gentalia and wave it or shake it about sillily, enthusiastically and proudly for everyone to see. Perhaps you would hold your trousers half down with one hand and raise the other in the air while moving your hips around. This term originates from Oswestry, Shropshire and has soon spread across Mid-Wales and can even be heard in Brampton, near Carlisle in Cumbria...
"D'ya dare me to walk in the club and just jaff it about in front of everyone?!"
"Yeah, that'd be awesome!"

A phrase insincere rude challenging Sarcasm usually employs irony and a very nasty sneer. not a sincere apology. fuck you asshole, who gives a fuck. condensing
