Snitch On Wheels

One who, in order to galvanize his fellow snitches, influences other people with whom he is associated in order to create new snitches. A snitch-on-wheels, simply, turns regular folk into snitches, and introduces them to the culture of snitching. To be clear, a snitch-on-wheels, will not necessarily snitch on his fellow snitches. He retains some honor, unlike a snitch among snitches.

Young Mahdi, who convinced Holly to expose the underage drinking taking place in room 100, is a snitch on wheels.
