A stupid and annoying internet meme, usually found in the comments of a Youtube video of a funny accident etc.

Most commonly, in the comments of Failblog.org's FAIL videos posted on Youtube.
"Did he die? / Did she die?" in action:

*Video of a person slipping on a banana peel in front of a crowd. Then getting up and walking away embarassed.*
