scartown

a "city" within Toronto which is also known as Scarborough. Known as the most violent and crime filled part of Toronto. It has a very diverse population of ethnic minorities. Such as Jamacians, Tamils, Guyanese&Trinis, and asians. Scartown is very similar to Markham by means of population and multiculturism. Consists of both WEST and EAST side people.

Student Definition:
Annoying lottery tickets in which prizes are delagated with letters A through F often given for finals or other annoyingly hard tests in which the teacher is too lazy to take partial credit.

Scat Baby

This is a person whom was conceieved only when their parents had scat sex. The marriage was lack luster and required the use of the cleavland steamer, hot carl, ect. to muster the passion needed to create a child. This child/adult is always annoying, mischeavious, ugly, and or a general pain in the ass.
