This word is a shortened form of "molestor." In the noun form it means someone who is sketchy or likely to violate another physically, visually, or emotionally. It can also serve as a verb, meaning to flirt with a member of the opposite sex in sometimes unnecessary ways or to flirt with people way out of your age range (i.e. freshmen or teachers). It can also refer to participating in sexual acts. Molsting often involves excessive staring, salivating, or stalking on Facebook.
