A democracy that is only democratic on the outside but treats it's citizens like crap.

It doesn't matter who you vote for in the U.S of A(s if), or if you vote at all, you get the same shit stuffed down your throat anyway, this is a demockracy

Dock Talker

A person (usually living alone at a marina on a boat) that doesn't have much interaction with other people so he/she is hungry for conversation.

When you finally get a chance to escape your daily life and get a little time on your boat, this person always intercepts you and starts up a conversation that's hard to end without being rude.

I had one day off from work and I planned for a quiet day on my boat fishing. Instead I spent the first half stuck at the marina trying to get away from George, the Dock Talker.

This is term (with perhaps origins in Silicon Valley) which refers to the presentation slides (i.e. PowerPoint or Keynote). It is also known as just "deck".

I worked all night to finish the slide deck.

That deck is too long.
