Get the allodacity mug.Allawh(Al-lawh) is "The-Law" of everything, especially the Heavens and Earth and inbetween, according to Muslims. A misconception is that the pronunciation is "Allah"(Alah) but this is incorrect. In Arabic, the "A" makes "llawh" heavy with an "awh" sound(exactly like in "Law" except with a breath of an "h" sound at the end). It is only with "Li" in the prefix does "llawh" change to "llah". So you can say "Lillah"(Lil-lah) but not "Allah" since the prefix "A" makes it heavy.
