(expression, slang)
An insulting way to describe someone who has rounded, underdeveloped features and looks like . . . a fetus.

This expression is typically and most accurately used to describe people who come from generations of poverty, such as white trash.

Billy-Bob's dad may have not left him with much -- but he sure gave him a mean case of the fetal face.

Cam Face

When one takes endless pictures of oneself, and finds a particular angle/pose which makes them appear more photogenic, this is their "cam face".

An easy way to spot this on a night out is to declare that you are about to take a photo and see if peoples faces change from being "natural" to their 'cam face'.

"I was ashamed FOR her, she was obviously pulling rehersed a cam face."

Grandpa face

An a female facial structure resembles that of a much older man. Grandpa face is especially prominent in the girl's nose and mouth. Thin, curling lips are common.

Many times, grandpa face is attempted to be hidden by excessive makeup and blonde hair.
