Boomer

Short for Boomerang. For example, a kidult failing to make their way in life, thus never able to completely cut the apron strings from mum and dad. Thus returning home to said mum and dad when the latest venture fails and need to return home for some free food and digs. All the while hating on said parents for actually managing their own formative years to provide for themselves and their selfish kids.

Like a boomerang, every time I chuck out his useless ass he returns like a Boomerang, hence the nickname for incompetent late age kids Boomer.

Boomer-swooning

When boomers (and other old guys) flood an attractive young lady's social media profile post with sappy and creepy compliments. (Frequently these "men" are incels.... and frequently these "young ladies" aren't even real people)

Comments are frequently full of red hearts, flowers and lame/pathetic emojis. Comments usually sound like "Sexy" "My love" "Marry Me" etc.

That old geezer is boomer-swooning an AI generated image of Megan Fox again. Man those guys are tools.

Boomerang Neighbor

A neighbor or group of neighbors that aren't pleasant to live near. Usually loud obnoxious drug addicts who don't have any consideration for the people they live around. They are loud and unruly in the late hours of night and early AM hours. You get a stroke of luck where you suddenly don't see them for a few months. They might have been sent to jail or elsewhere, but you're just glad they're finally gone and that you can live in peace. But then they suddenly come back out of nowhere, back to their old antics and habits. You then realize their absence was temporary - thus the term "boomerang neighbor."

A neighbor you wish would move elsewhere, but they always end up coming back somehow.

Crap! Is that Courtney pulling up outside? She's the boomerang neighbor! And here I thought we were finally rid of her...
