A term used by Filipinos to describe someone who is masterful in uncommon skills or accomplishes "impossible" feats with amazing luck.

Dave got the highest score in the exam without studying. He pulled of some hokage moves.

Hoka Hey

"Hoka hey" was the battle cry of the Teton Lakota (Western Sioux) translating loosely to "hurry hurry". It is likely that Crazy Horse would have shouted this in battle, but it was not his personal cry, as another definition has hinted at.

One would yell "Hoka hey" when charging at an enemy.

A way of saying OK, promoted among online communities.

An example of the aggressive and intentional change of language within online communities, generally for the purpose of creating or affirming identity through the use of exclusive or esoteric mutations of language or spelling; Hokai is a disambiguation (epithentical Fortition) of OK created as an humorous reference to the Flash animation "End of The world".
The "H" is pronounced hard, similar to the Russian "х" or with nasal intonation.

"Hokai here is the Earth, just chillin'...That is a sweet earth you might say. ROOUUND!"

"Hokai!"

Middle eastern water pipe used to smoke Shisha out of. Shisha that is 90% molasses and 10% tobacco with .05% nicotine- the nicotine gets filtered out by the water in the base of the Hookah. Compared to 1 cigarette that has 1.7% nicotine and over 4,000 chemicals added. Used as a manly Social gathering among the over 18+ crowd.
