Micro-harassment

Prolonged micro-agression and micro-aggressive behavior toward a specific individual or group of individuals. Micro-harassment is not being asked a few questions here and there about background, culture, and ancestry. Micro-harasment includes very hurtful statements and actions or lack of action towards a specific individual for a reason that is deemed obvious to only the person or group perpetrating the harassment. The reason for the Micro-harassment is based on bias, racism, prejudice, generalizations, stereotypes, assumptions, or other source of disdain for the targeted person(s). The target usually has no awareness of what the reason is or what prompted the reasoning. The target usually can not change whatever prompted the harasser's reasoning. Micro-harassment is often undectable to anyone who isn't experiencing it presently or experienced it previously. Micro-harassment is detrimental to a target's mental, physical, and emotional health.

HR doesn't understand the I am the target of Micro-harassment because they don't recognize the ongoing micro-aggressive comments that are rampant within department meetings.

I don't want to be fired for pointing out the Micro-harassment I am experiencing everyday.

I didn't harass anyone

This is still just ignoring the chronology of events. Doubling double on accusing me of doing the things that I claim (even though it's more than just a claim) are happening to me when in reality you don't like how I chose to deal with my actual grievance so you are obstructing in it's remediation.
