A character in Dungeons & Dragons of the "True Neutral" alignment, played poorly due to a fundamental misunderstanding of what "True Neutral" means.
A Neutral Stupid character is borderline obsessed with maintaining the "balance of the world" and will unpredictably switch sides if they believe that the "good guys" are too strong, sometimes in the middle of combat.

Ranger: "I shoot the orc in the middle with my bow, dealing 16 piercing damage."
Neutral Stupid Druid: "Oh, uh, I heal the orc!"
Ranger: "You WHAT?"
NSD: "My character believes that you guys are killing the orcs too quickly."
DM: "There's literally three orcs on you right now, buddy."

A two-word alternative I thought of not so long ago that can describe a character or a person's personality or mental state that became numb due to certain circumstances or experiences; or just a nonchalant person.
You know that guy used to be full of energy, but ever since that incident, he became neuro neutral.
I'm just neuro neutral when it comes to situations like these, because I don't want to get involved.
He's been starting to feel neuro neutral ever since that girl left a deep void in his heart.

A neutral evil character never feels compelled to keep his word. He will attack and kill an unarmed foe (those are the best kind). He will harm and may possibly kill an innocent. He will use torture to extract information and for pleasure. He may kill for pleasure. A neutral evil character will use poison. He will not help those in need without a reward and he works well alone or in a group. He responds well to higher authority until that authority attempts to use the law to hamper his ability to pursue his own agenda. He will follow the law unless breaking it is in his best interest and he's reasonably sure that he will not be caught. He may betray a family member, comrade, or friend if it is convenient to do so and it advances his agenda. Neutral evil characters are indifferent to the concepts of self-discipline and honor, finding them useful only if they can be used to advance their own interests or gain power over others. (5)

When you align your pelvis so that it is neither anteriorly or posteriorly tilted, or shifted laterally. Important in dance contexts and in your everyday lives. Align your pelvis for gosh sakes. Good for low back health.
If my pelvis was a bowl full of hot chocolate, I would keep a neutral pelvis so as not to spill the hot chocolate.
