Any thing a person that is running for president talks about such as a problem on a national platform. The problem, I.E ( Banking, Home Loans ) broken IN the country wide area. The problem is NOT FIXED IN THEIR STATE!
IF THEY HAVE THE PROBLEM AT THEIR STATE HOME, HOW ARE THEY GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON A NATIONAL LEVEL!
IT IS ALL BULLSHIT TO THE FOURTH POWER!

A small wood-boring beetle that tunnels under the bark of trees, which die if heavily infested.

Also a term for a female that "bores under the skin" of every male she comes into contact with. Causing the male significant psychological issues to the point of mental break down.
