Tip-Rub-Sesh

Tip-Rub-Sesh (also referred to as mutual agreement, mutual assent or consensus ad idem) is a phrase in contract law used to describe the intentions of the parties forming the contract. In particular it refers to the situation where there is a common understanding in the formation of the contract. This condition or element is often considered a necessary requirement to the formation of a contract.

Tip top

The term started in England with the old expression " Top of the morning to you". The term then was said when noble men would "tip" the "top" of there top hat in the sign of their well being. Hence they are tipping there top to signal they are in top shape or things are at the top of the order.

A self-imposed drinking move exectuted by lifting (or "tipping") up the bottom of a glass or bottle by the consumer's own free hand, usually used to display acknowledged embarrassment or awkwardness, or sometimes just because.

When Richard was asked if he had slept with the fat girl, knowing damn well that everyone knew, he decided to tip-it-up instead of responding.

Tip Profiler

Someone who checks up on the size of the gratuity left by another person in a restaurant, bar, etc. to make sure that person didn't short change the waiter.

I picked up the tab at the bar. When I was looking away, one of my freinds grabbed my credit card slip to make sure I had left a big enough tip. So I said, "Dude, you're a tip profiler? You just tip profiled me!? Next time you're paying A-hole!"
