A small town in Europe somewhere, possibly in Germany, its a town of only 40 people and a few cows, also referred to as a village because the children of the village like to gather round the elders and tell stories of the old times. If you say your from Schnitzelshnoof basically your telling them you're from there because you are sick of people asking you where you are from, and they then say that they have been to the airport or they know someone from there and you really dont give a shit and wish they'd stop staring at your tits...

Guy 1: Hey thats a nice accent where are you from?
Schnitzelshnoofian: You dont know it...

Guy 1: Betchya I do...
