Usually used in connection with past historical injustices such as slavery, victimization or a caricature / characterization of current hip hop shit noise.

The result is one of the fantasization of the untimely demise immediately flashes through one's mind that is triggered by the public displays of an individual and their inappropriate behaviors.

Those dumb ass kids were blaring that shit noise in front of Walmart and all the way down the road, I had a psychic coon bop moment....
