Insomnia

MAN! I am STILL running hot.

Hym "Tuesday I was up all day from like 9am until 6:30 and I had to work so I only got 2 hours of sleep. I get to work and I could not focus whatsoever. I spent most of the night pacing around the kitchen. I get home and again I couldn't sleep. Insomnia. I end up staying up again until like 8, right? My skull is on fire! Literal, physical heat. I'm laying in bed and I just can't sleep. I have to work again. I didn't actually have to work Wednesday until someone altered the schedule. This is something they do all the time. Ridiculous."
