A person who can be found at the Ritz Bar in Jacksonville Beach on every Friday and Saturday night. This person is usually on a first and last name basis with every bartender, doorman, dj, and fellow ritz rat. It is not an uncommon occurrence to spot a ritz rat popping in on a Sunday afternoon to close out his/her tab that was left open all weekend, if he/she isn't Sunday Fundaying at Lemon Bar. Buy a ritz rat a gatorade and a shot of goldschlager and you'll be invited to hang in his/her world.

A sur rat is a bitch made nigga, affiliated with or a part of the gang Surenos. They eat mens ass whether it's a male or female doing so. A person who compulsively collects and keeps many tabs open on their web browser. Also a person who refuses to close a tab on their web browser for fear that they will regret it in the future, and so ends up compiling more tabs day after day.

My one friend is such a tab rat; she's so obsessed with fanfiction that every time she finds a new link to a new fic, she will keep it open on her browser until the foreseeable future in case she needs to re-read it.

They never pay, and are paid in bottles and camera flashes. They thrive off of entrance to the hottest clubs, summer trips at owners yachts, and one night stands with nightlife hottest DJ's. They went to school in NY, and instead of house parties, their 16th birthday party was at LAVO.
