An organization based mostly in Central and Southern California that organizes and oversees, competitions, parades, and concerts for high school bands.

West Winging 

To indulge in marathon, binge-like behaviour in regards to watching DVD's of The West Wing. Sessions may last anywhere from 4 straight episodes up to the entire 7 seasons.

I was West Winging all last week and now I know the Bartlett administration better than my own government.

West Side Spoons 

West Side Spoons is a game which is played on the West Side (a place in which African American people are the primary residents). The game consists of driving around the West Side with a group of friends, and throwing spoons at African American people while yelling the "N" word. If you miss you have to go get the spoon. Its even better if you bring a black guy with you.

Group of stupid white kids: "Let's go play some West Side Spoons guys!!!, its not like we will get shot or anything"

Group of white kids: "Hey, you wanna go play some West Side Spoons?"

Group of unsuspecting sheltered children looking for some "badass" fun: "We don't know what that is but sure!!"

One of the sweetest guys you will ever meet! He's loyal, funny, and loves to hug you. He may act a little strange, but it's a nice strange.

You may be a little wary around him at first, but once you get to know him, you'll fall in love. Platonically or romantically, he's good for whatever relationship you wish to have and he can help you through any tough times you may have.

The most bitchin' town in North America. Aka "The W", or "The Dub" if you're fresh. Home of chicken, roundabouts, Kip Winger memes, and passive aggressive residents. This hip town has it all.

Its not fair, why cant our town be as awesome as West Saint Paul.
