A person who consciously desires to have sexual intercourse but is incapable of getting it for a variety of reasons that may or may not fall within his/her reasonable locus of control. Despite being widely used by holders and haters alike, this is a term that doesn't describe the full extent of the issues that self-identified "incels" struggle with. Most self-identified male incels reference the existence of a "black pill" (genetic determinism), which is more related to the reasoning, behind a sexually fulfilling life for males, being factors outside their reasonable locus of control (e.g. height, bone structure, race, dick size, etc.).
