A delightfully silly, whimsical person or thing; someone who radiates light- hearted absurdity in a charming way. A blingledoob doesn't take life too seriously and often makes others smile just by being their quirky self.

Example: "Sage showed up wearing three hats and quoting cartoons from a very specific day in a random march of 2006. Absolute blingledoob energy."
