Most likely a misnomer : the term is used for a series (often on YouTube) in which you search for cheaters on a Minecraft server. The title can be a dumb sentence a cheater used to say he was not cheating, which makes children click the video because the title is funny.

YouTuber : Can I be a mod on your server please ?
Server Owner : Why do you want to become a moderator on our server ?
YouTuber : I need to make an Admin Series for my channel to survive !

The admins of Archive Of Our Own (Ao3) are people who support writing porn material about underage kids, and real life minors as well.
