Yoke

Yoke is a character played by Rachel Wan on the Singaporean Channel 5 TV show called Kin. Formerly known as Loh Ah Yoke (now Yoke Shelley) was switched at birth with Ella Loh (formerly Ella Shelley) by her ex brother, Loh Ah Hock.

Yoked

There are two parts to muscularity, being “yoked” and being “cut”/“ripped”. To be yoked is to bulk up and gain mass (also known as “swole”). Being shredded, ripped, or cut is a different thing.
