A word to describe the foreskin covering the head of the penis, looking like a closed tulip flower.

This doesn't look very delicate to many people, so "Here's a tip, loose the tulip".

(Or at least pull it back when you show it off on pictures to poor, unsuspecting women... Maybe they will find it less ugly, then...)
