It is when you literally do not care, and cannot be bothered to to shout at the person who has annoyed you. You do not wish to personally offend them so using this subtle but effective acronym will definitely suffice.

Mainly used between female-male conversations, used by teenagers most of the time.

Person 1: Heyy! do you remember when James cheated on me?

Person 2: no....

Person 1: REALLY?! well right i wa-

OMG Factor 

When you have sex with a girl and you completely ignore her for the first half and look away. Then all of a sudden you look straight into her eyes and scream at the top of your lungs. The desired effect is that later after you're done she will call her friends and say: "OMG did your boyfriend do this? because he scared the shit out of me when he did that."

A girl gets scared by her boyfriend when he screams at her during sex after ignoring her and looking away for most of the time. That my friends is the OMG Factor.

OMG girl 

Typically a girl between the ages of 18-22 who carries fake designer bags, wears empire-waisted shirts, and generally wears fashion victim clothing bought from Wet Seal, Forever 21, American Eagle, Hollister, etc.

They are usually found stumbling around drunk after drinking minimal amounts of alcohol and acting like they're better than other people. If they get on a guest list at even the most un-exclusive of clubs, they think it's a big deal.

They are distinguished by their fake, slightly-nasally, wanna-be Paris Hilton "accents" and are often over-heard saying, "Ohmigod, Ohmigod" hence the name.

For example: "OMG,OMG. This like, Smirnoff Iiiiice? Is, like, the most fantastic drink evarrrr?"

I will never go to that club again; all those OMG girls made me wanna puke.

An addon for Garry's Mod. Consists of a bullet floating over the player's left index finger. The player fires this weapon by pointing to where the bullet should go. When hit, an NPC flies straight up into the air, and explodes shortly after.
