Actions legal within the game Grand Theft Auto. As long as your actions are GTA legal, you will not get in trouble with the law.

Guy 1: Dude, this game is sweet! I blew 5 red lights, drove on the wrong side of the highway, and ran over a hooker! The cops didn't even care!
Guy 2: Yeah, dude, everything you did was GTA legal.

Guy 1: Why are the cops pulling me over? I thought that running over hookers was GTA legal!
Guy 2: Dude, this is real life. You must be suffering from Grand Theft Impairment.

Locals

A local is somebody who is just basic. They like all the generic mainstream artists and don't have their own sense of style or taste; they just like everything based on what is popular. They usually have crushes on generic hot boys/girls that everyone knows is conventionally attractive but not actually attractive. Some locals claim to be fans of different celebrities but only like the celebrity for their looks and haven't heard their sounds/ seen their movies.

They also think they're quirky for liking 'unique' things when really everyone else also likes those things.

- Ugh, my school is full of locals, I wish someone around here was different.

A shortened version fo "The local pub", which itself a contraction for the local public house. This does not always imply the nearest pub, just the nearest pub to which the author/speaker makes regular visits.

Go down the local, have a few pints, play some pool, watch the footie.
