to laugh in such a manner that makes you draw in a deep breath at the begining; Usually before someone laughs for a long time. This may range in sound, from a high squeak to a sound like a constipated whale.

At first glance, many think it is the suffocate whilst laughing, It is NOT entirely the same, though the person may suffocate.
