First In Line Person. A filper is a person who is always first in line. They will rush to the front of the line for any kind of comfort item like food, showers, free stuff, but they are nowhere to be found when you need work done.

Kelly: Hey Leah, did you see how Dave jumped in front of Matt in the food line?

Leah: Yeah, Dave's such a filper!
