Dogged

Condition when one person is unexpectedly coerced into making eye contact with the hand of another individual, with the fingers in the shape of the “OK” sign, held below the waist line. As soon as the eye contact is confirmed, that person is effectively “Dogged” and is eligible for 2 punches in the arm by the “Dogger”, brushed off after completing the punches.

Eddie said he had something in his pocket to show me, but then friggin Dogged me instead!
