Brake-tapper

The brake-tapper is a particularly aggressive and/or fast driver who comes barreling up to the car ahead of him/her and tail gates at such a close proximity that he/she ends up tapping the brakes to avoid rear-ending the poor schlub in front. This usually goes on until one party turns.
Followers behind the brake-tapper should take note that just because he/she is hitting his/her brakes, those at a safe distance don't necessarily even need to brake themselves. It is especially annoying and careful attention is imperative.

You: What the damn, why are we braking?
Me: We aren't. That guy in front of us is just a basement-dwelling neckbearded brake-tapper.

Topper Headon

Now I'M proud to be the first to write a GOOD definition for Topper Headon.

Topper Headon was one of the best drummers of ALL TIME. Originally Nicky Headon, Topper was also nicknamed "The Human Drum Machine" because of his impeccable timing and skills.

Beat out "every other drummer in London" for the hotseat. He planned to originally stay with The Clash for just a while, but then he realized what a great band they were and stayed.

However, he got kicked out after "Combat Rock" (in which he wrote almost all of "Rock The Casbah") because of a heroin addiction.

He still remains a rock 'n roll and drumming LEGEND.

Topper Headon is my drumming hero.

sub-negro temperatures

a temperature or climate that is not conducive or favorable to negro and/or halfrican people. The actual temperature threshold is unknown, although it is commonly believed to be somewhere around 45 degrees fahrenheit (or below).

halfrican/negro: "Dang yo, it feels like sub-negro temperatures out here - I shoulda brought my coat!"

halfrican/negro's friend: "Dude, it's only like 40 degrees out here."

halfrican/negro: "Well, where I'm from we ain't used to no 40 degree weather!"

Temperance Spoon

Long handled spoon, usually metal, kept on the person and wielded by an unavailable or prudish woman to deter men from intercourse. In all cases the spoon is brought down hard on the top of the chap's truncheon - very effective at turning wood to putty.

Also commonly found on matrons/teachers touring the boy's dormitories after 'lights out' at boarding schools, to stop any cases of self-love that maybe occuring.

Brown Hill Topper

When you take a dump that isn't diarrhea but also isn't a hard log; it's in between the two, almost like a mud-like liquid. It builds up into the form of a hill, and it grows so large that it surfaces above the water. Hence, creating the "Brown Hill Topper".
