When one has a Scheduled time to do drugs. I.e. Meth, cocaine, etc. Typically in a public bathroom, in a house, or even in public (if he/she is feeling frisky).

Man 1: "hey man! Where are you going?"

Illegal Flash

The Illegal flash is often used in the online First Person Shooter "Counter-Strike" To do this you throw a flash grenade inbetween two boxes, and it glitches, flashing everyone inside the "upper B-bombsite" tunnels. It works well if you have two people, one to flash, and the other to run into the tunnels and kill everyone there.

I was illegal flashed, and by the time the flash wore off I was dead...
