A mix between being drunk and concerned; more precisely when a person is drunk and there is something going on which is not 'right'; the person is concerned because (i) the thing that is absolutely inappropriate and (ii) because (s)he realizes that (s)he is drunk and not able to react appropriately.

Drunken Elephant

When you teabag someone in the Roman War Helmet formation (placing one testical in each eye so the penis hangs down the nose to resemble a Roman War Helmet) and they begin to struggle causing your now flaccid member to bounce about Thierry face like the trunk of a stumbling drunk elephant.

I had her in a perfect Roman war helmet until she awoke horrified and it devolved into a drunken elephant, she sucks.

drunkbelieve

It's when you get so drunk that you don't remember everything that happened.. When you're friends start to fill you in on the nights experiences, you are like OHHHHHHHH I so KINDA remember that.. I just couldn't tell if it was real or drunkbelieve.

Do we really have to give examples? I'm sure you have been to drunkbelieve a time or two!!
