Calling them that as dropping them would cause them to 'tumble' as they wouldn't have the limbs to support themselves and stop the fall and 'doll' as they are (in fictional guro) usually used as something to play with. Usually amputated at the elbows and knees or higher.

God I'd love to see Justin as a tumble doll, he'd be so cute.
