The Trifecta

It's a group of three friends who always crash parties when only one of them is invited to it. When they hang out together they just play pool or N64, even if it's for hours at a time. They constantly refer to inside jokes in front of everyone and just laugh because they don't care. They sneak out to go to girl's houses, even if they stay they for only 10 minutes. Everyone knows a group of people like this because they brag about it all the time.

Mom: Everyone sign the birthday girl's card!
Girl: Holy shit, the Trifecta signed this in three different colors. They weren't even invited.

George Thorogood Trifecta

A round of drinks consisting of a shot of Jim Beam, a shot of Johnny Walker (Red or Black) and a bottle of Budweiser. The drink is named after Thorogood's song "One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer".

The specific drinks come from another Thorogood song "I Drink Alone".

Once ordered, you proceed to down each drink in the order listed. Typically done either to forget your troubles or simply as a quick way of getting drunk.

Customer (to bartender): "I just found out my woman's cheating on me. Give me a George Thorogood Trifecta!"

Guy (to friends): "Let's just get hammered tonight. Bartender! Give me a George Thorogood Trifecta!"

Ohio Trifecta

Heard a couple of dudes in Bellaire, Ohio (A place where troglodytes still live if there ever was one) say an Ohio Trifecta is when a man has sex with the mother, daughter, and grandma. One sounded like he was a man of experience.
