A member of the audience of a podcast called Hello Internet. The hosts (Brady Haran and CGP Grey) refer to their listeners collectively as the Tims. The listeners refer to themselves, regardless of gender, as a Tim.

Any podcast related hijinks pulled off by a Tim is called Tim-foolery.

TIM 

Acronym for trans-identified male. This is someone who is biologically male (with a Y chromosome and a normal non-mutated SRY gene) but who identifies as transgender. The vast majority of TIMs do not undergo vaginoplasty or other gender reassignment surgery and thus retain male genital organs, although they often take estrogen and/or undergo breast implants to attempt to appear more feminine.

There are more TIMs than AFABs in the Reddit lesbian subs, it's basically a joke at this point.
