Someone who thinks they are the best, who believes that everyone is in love with them no matter how broke they are, no matter how many people hate them, no matter how little they have. A scrub is a guy (generally) who thinks they are amazing, they have little to no chance of waking up and seeing that the universe does not centre around them. They are generally persistent motherfuckers.
