n. A variation of "fucker" as transmogrified through the charming Egyptian accent of former Harrod's owner Mohamed al Fayyad -- denatured of some its impact as an epithet through remarkably frequent use.

Current usage: An amoral and unappealing human being who makes an effort to be so: essentially, a fucker, but one you just can't take very seriously.

Traditional Al Fayyadisms:

"Prince Philip is a fugging fugger. Fugg him."

"All those sheikhs want fugg me and steal my business, the fuggers.

Current usage: Dwayne's a bit of a prat, perhaps deserving of promotion to fugger if he keeps at it.

One who forces unwanted trash on others, all the while avoiding any work by the men’s of complaining about everything they have to do.

Yesterday we another unit gave us the forger and we had to pick up all their slack.
