Epithet for a man who has sex with other men, or sexually assaults other men, but only while in jail, prison,or a similar institution. Calculated to offend the frequent homophobia of such men, who are often closet cases in violent denial.

He made a grab for the new kid who'd been dancing around and looking too happy. So I said, "You inside homosexual, you lay off him, he doesn't know any better." Had to fight him, but it was worth it.

The female (semi)equivalent of a man being "Metrosexual." A cosmosexual woman interacts with men and life primarily for momentary 'high-status' ego gratification, and not real relationship. Exemplified by women's 'power image' magazines such as Cosmo and Vogue.

Pomosexual

A portmanteau of pomo, short for postmodernism, and sexual, used as a noun—a person who rejects/avoids or does not identify as categorizations of sexual orientations (e.g., heterosexual and homosexual, which define people by relative conceptualizations of their sexual preferences and their direction of attraction) as a form of identity—and as an adjective, referring to such a person or to the philosophy of pomosexuality .

Elisa: What's your sexual orientation, john?

John: I do not identify as any sexual orientations labels.

Elisa: But, everyone is either pan/omni , bi, straight, gay, or an asexual.

John: None of them works for me and I refuse to use a label to define my sexual preference. I am a pomosexual.

Sexually attracted to the same sex. That is, men who want it from men, and women who want it from women. Not necessarily obsessed with anal or oral sex. The common slang term is "gay." (Also used is "queer," but you shouldn't use that term unless you are yourself one.)

Not necessarily any more lewd, kinky, perverted, or normal than straights...but not necessarily any less so.

"Those scripture-thumpers are protesting the idea of a homosexual running for the Senate."
"Huh? I thought that candidate was just gay!"
