1. The act of suddenly spiraling into self-doubt and declaring all your projects trash while you bitch about everything.

2. When a person starts talking smack about themselves while everyone else insists they’re chill.

3. A dramatic vibe shift from “I got this” to “everything I touch is doomed” in just a second.
