Little Shit

Either of two things:
1. A little piece of poo, like a dingleberry, that hangs from your ass and won't come off, no matter how many times you wipe. Usually ends up getting smudged half way up your back.

2. A little annoying kid that won't stop being annoying no matter how hard you try to stop them.
